one of our client (salaried) has filed income tax return once manual and on missing of receipt he has done e filling for same return. now what is the solution?

Tel the reason of filing the second return with a request to ignore the second return filed.

Second return is null and void, if first return is validly filed. So, department would do assessment on the basis of first return filed. However, if first return ( original return ) is filed in time, u can definitely revise ur return of income in case of any changes.
