26 August 2014 DEAR SIR,MEM,

MY FATHER IS A GOVERNMENT SERVANT,DUE TO SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES WE COULDN'T PAY TAX DUES OF Rs. 6780 IN A.Y 2011-12.AS IT ONCE SET OFF AGAINST REFUND OF 6000 IN A,Y. 2012-13 AND I HAVE RECEIVED NOTICE U/S 245 FOE THE SAME..CPC HAS BEEN AGAIN SET OFF OF Ra.6780 IN A.Y.2013-14 REFUND OF Rs. 9950.I HAVE FILED RETURN ON LINE, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?? WHERE I HAVE TO FILED REQUEST FOR THE SAME???

26 August 2014 SIR I HAVE NOT FILED RETURN FOR THE A.Y.2014-15,AS I HAVE THREAT THAT CPC WILL DEDUCT AGAIN THE DUE AMT OF 6780 AS AGAINST REFUND OF 15500 IN A.Y. 14-15,WHAT SHOULD I DO?SHOULD I FILE THE RETURN??

27 August 2014 then u contact ur juridictional ao for the status as per it dept abt ur itr.

18 August 2015 dear sir, CASE- : i have client who has received arear of salary of rs. 6,00,000(six lakhs)and employer had deducted tds of rs. 60000 (sixty thousand.. I want to ask that whether this tds is refundable or not..????if yes than how nd in which section?? reassion for arrears of salary is increment of salary is consider late by govt.due to certain reassion... thank you..
