I AM INDIVIDUAL HAVING BUSINESS . SO MY INCOME IS COMES UNDER PROFIT FROM BUSINESS PROFESSION. CAN I CLAIM TUTION FEE AS DEDUCTION TUTION FEE FOR THE SONS EDUCATION FOR B.TECH. PLEASE ADVICE SIR ?

what is the last date for filling income tax return for the A/Y year 2014-15 . Also what is last date for the belated return

A.Y. 2014-15 has lapsed it last date was 31.03.2016. Now you cann't file A.Y. 2014-15 belated return also.

then what option avialiable for me for filling . i have paid the taxable amount for that year. only return is not submitted

Now you don't have option to file with condonation of delay because condonation request is for DELAY IN FILING REFUND CLAIM AND CLAIM OF CARRY FORWARD LOSSES UNDER SECTION 119(2)(b). If you have that then you can apply.

Tuition fees paid for school or college or higher studies can be claimed upto 2 children, eligible for deduction u/s 80C
