Turnover calculation in excise

Basic limit for exemption is 1.5 cr also we need to apply for registration once we reach the turnover of 90 lac. I am into a business of trading and manufacturing of portable structure cabins so If I have a manufacturing of just 40 lacs throughout the year and 1.3lacs is coming from the trading of portable structures, Do I Still need to obtain excise certificate?

Only Manufacturing turnover will be count for the purpose of SSI exemption.
