I am serving food to senior citizen after collecting nominal amount.
As also maintenance
can I claim under trust activities.

yes, you can do that.....you need to get you trust registered under Indian Trust act....get the PAN and then you can file the return of the trust

not necessarily. In fact providing food itself is a very noble cause. No need to restrict it to any CLASS of people like poor or senior citizen etc....
