03 March 2012 trust is registered u/s 12A of income tax and trust is registered with the approval of commissioner of income tax while company u/s 25 registered with ROC.

Trust and Section 25 company, both has different entity.

Section 25 company is incorporated under Companies Act for specific purpose generally charitable purpose.

Trust is different entity and registered under Indian Trust Act, 1882. Trust is open for the benefit of other.
