kya transport ke upar service tax lagta he ? agar ha to kitne tun over ke bad service tax no. compalsiry he ?

19 September 2011 In case of road transport service tax is applicable to service receiver and not service provider and in other case it will be as usual applicable hence the Basic exemption limit benifit of Rs. 10,00,000 will be enjoyes and will required to obtain registration number above Rs. 9,00,000/-
