I would like to start a transport business. Could anyone help me out that what are the necessary formalities and various permissions and licences required for the same. Please give me a detailed procedure of the same

1. whether Lorry Transport
2.or goods Carriage transport/Tempo/ Bus etc.
for transport business you need to get the registration under Service Tax (GTA) ie GOODS TRANSPORT AGENCY
