20 September 2012 If on a particular date 20 shareholders tranferred shares from one person to another. after 6 months again the shares are tranferred b/w 20 more shareholders. how to do numbering of the transfers for the purpose of Share Certificate.

It will be transferred and recorded as the Board decide if the same are received before the Board Meeting.

You can also give effect as per folio no. or certificate no. Their is no fix pattern for the same.

We can take the base as date e.g transfers dated 01.01.12 among 20 shareholders numbered as 1 & next date as 2 please confirm

IInd case : Transfer dated 01.01.12 among 20 sharehoders numbered as 1 to 10 & neaxt started from 11 & so on
