15 November 2019 In case of any changes to the legal name of a business, the GST registration certificate need not be cancelled. The existing GST registration can be amended to reflect the new business name. Changes to business name can be updated on the GST portal by filing FORM GST REG-14 within 15 days of change of business name

15 November 2019 But If we convert into LLP. We should get new Pan then we have to apply for fresh registration. According to me amendment is not applicable in case change of pan number

26 November 2019 The transferor firm will file ITC-02 to transfer the credit lying in the electronic credit ledger. The transferee LLP will accept the same and the ITC will be transferred.
Then file application for cancellation of GST registration of the partnership firm. Mention Change in constitution as the reason for cancellation.
