12 April 2012 Hi,
I have applied for transfer of articleship on medical grounds 1 month ago. I am having lung infection and suffering from bronchitis. I am on a leave since about 2 monthsa and i m still not well.
I have not yet received any confirmation letter from ICAI till date. But the HR department in my office is forcing me to complete the exit formalities and fill form 109 ASAP regardless of the confirmation letter.
i am not getting a proper reply from ICAI as well on what shud i do...
Plz help me wid dis....

14 April 2012 I would advise you to personally visit your nearest ICAI chapter regarding your problem.

Also ask your office people to give you some time to handle all this.
