HI,
Can any one let me know what is procedure to take transfer of article ship in the case of death of employer (Principal).

If your then employer is a proprietor, obtain form 110 from the legal representative and take article ship under another employer for the remaining period of article ship by executing form 103 with him/her.
If your then employer is a partner in a partnership firm of chartered accountants, the surviving partner can issue form 111 through which you can join in another firm as aforesaid. Or the surviving partner can seek to ICAI for additional vacancy to absorb you in the same firm of chartered accountants.
