for secondement or industrial training, prior permission from ICAI is required ?

The articled assistants are required, in the first instance, to get the consent of the Institute before getting Form 109 signed by the Principal, in their own interest

the articled clerk has to intimate his Principal about article's intention to take such industrial training at least three months before the date on which such training is to commence
