02 August 2013 Hi..
Im doing 1st year articleship.Iam willing to get transfer from the current firm and i have send the articleship registration form to the Icai on 27/07/2013.I have cleared group 1 in nov 2012 & group 2 in may 2013 attempt. Now my question is whether my articleship form would have got processed & whether i can send form 109 & will the Icai accept form 109 as i have not registered for ca final yet.

02 August 2013 you can send form 109 seperately also there is no hard and fast rule to send form 109 with 103 only.

02 August 2013 yes icai will accept it

send form 109 and register with BOS with another ca with out waiting for icai confirmation

because icai will defientely accept transfer in 1st year of articleship

02 August 2013 Is there any time limit for joining new firm after termination from the current principal?

02 August 2013 no, there is no time limit as such bt once you join new firm u must submit forms within 30 days of joinning to avoid condonation fees.

02 August 2013 time limit is there to submit form 109 only

there is no timilimit for re-register with another ca

but please note your articleship period will be extended for the period of delay you made in re-register with other ca
