Transfer in articleship

23 April 2014 every ca firm is saying that they will not allow transfer if i get register with there firm. So can they do this and how can we deal with this and what are the other options available to us bcoz as a article we will be required a month to know about the firm and the firm is required us to get registered on the very first day.
