30 August 2015 i have completed my articleship for 1 year 7 months and now i want to take transfer from existing principal.....so what is the provisions for transfer in second year please guide me as soon as possible

30 August 2015 and presently my articleship is going in delhi & now i cant live in delhi due to some financial problem and some other faimily problems...is this valid reason for transfer to shift out of delhi

1. **Provisions for Transfer in Second Year:**
ICAI generally allows transfer of articles only on specified grounds like:

* Transfer of parents’ job to another city
* Medical reasons
* Misconduct by the principal
* Genuine personal reasons approved by the Regional Council

Financial hardship and family problems can be considered genuine reasons but need to be supported with proper documents and a convincing application.

2. **Shifting out of Delhi due to financial and family problems:**
This **can be considered a valid ground** if you clearly explain your situation and provide any supporting evidence. The Regional Council or the Chapter will review your application.

3. **What to do next:**

* Write a formal application explaining your reasons (financial difficulty + family problems).
