Transaction between director and auditor

In the pvt ltd co.whether Auditor can do transction with director. e.g.to give loan to director, to receive rent from the director
10 February 2010
Simply avoid this kind of transactions as these kind of transactions may create questions on the independence of auditor and may lead to disqualification.
