Turonver of Trading goods i.e. mobile is of Rs.3 crore and manufacturing turnover of Scrach guard is Rs.50 Lakhs. Whether am I liable to Excise or SSI limit of Rs.1.5 Crore is applicable to manufacturing items only and to ignore Trading Turnover?

Trading turnover will not be count. No need to registered with central excise upto 1.5cr.
