Hi
Yes, you can get if such DIN holder given about their PAN details to DIN cell. For checking go to the following procedure:
1. Download Form-32 from www.mca.gov.in portal
2. Fill any company CIN in Form-32
3. Fill the DIN of such person you wanted to know the PAN
4. After checking you got the details of such DIN holder from such procedure.
For this you should log on to MCA portal and go in service section.For log on go to the following link:
https://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/
