To rectify spelling error in the name of a new company

22 September 2012 please suggest some way out to apply for rectification in the spelling error of a newly incorporated pvt. ltd company such as the word DIAGNOSTIC has been approved and registered as DIGNOSTIC.

Please check, what is the name approved by ROC in Form-1A, if the same is incorporated, then not possible of rectification. In this case you will comply the provisions of name change, because i have already faced same issue.
