Dear all,
Please guide
We are a private company incorporate on 23/05/2010. the company has not started its operation and has not file any Forms with R.O.C, now we want to apply status of a dormant company under section 455 of CA 2013, Whether we are eligible to be registered as Dormant company.

Eligible, provided -
* no inspection, inquiry or investigation has been ordered or taken up or carried out against the company.
* no prosecution has been initiated and pending against the company under any law.
*no public deposit is outstanding nor not in default in payment or interest thereon.
* not to have any outstanding secured or unsecured loan.
* no dispute in the management or ownership of the company.
* does not have outstanding statutory dues of taxes, duties etc to central/state government/local authorities.
* not defaulted in payment of workmen's dues.
* securities of the company are not listed in or out side India.
* no inspection, inquiry or investigation has been ordered or taken up or carried out against the company.
