03 August 2012 a company incorporate in august 2011 with two director in which one of managing director. the company had been file form 32 when company was incorporate.

There is any requirement for reappoint of director?

First of all you confirm that your company is private limited company or public limited company.

In case of public company, the managing director will not be appointed directly it will be appointed only after incorporation of company.

It may be possible that the managing director tenure will start from the date of incorporation but he can not appoint directly as managing director.
