sir, iam doing articleship and completed one year 8 months period.Recently my principal have expired.i sent form 110 and death certificate of my principal to the icai.now i want to join for remaining articleship period under another ca.when can i join whether after obtaining permission from icai or before i getting permission.please clarify sir.this is urjent for me .
