07 May 2020 In a private limited company there are 4 shareholders of which 2 are directors and their holding is in demat form for bank purposes. Now the directors intend to hold shares in physical form. But remat charges are more. What is the way out?

08 May 2020 NO WAY POSSIBLE

According to Sebi, no transaction for transfer of securities of a listed company, at a stock exchange or an off-market transactions between buyers and sellers, can happen in physical certificate form.
