18 December 2014 sir/madam
I have completed two years of articleship on 12-12-2014.I want to take termination now on medical grounds.for that when should i submit medical certificate..whethere now itself or after three months?because when we are seeking permission for termination on reason of medical grounds student should be on leave for three months know..?plz explain me the procedure clearly...am in great confusion..

18 December 2014 Please understand that The discontinuance should be of MINIMUM 3 months.
It means the discontinuance on medical grounds can NOT be less than 3 months (Probably if the discontinuance needs to be less than 3 months, it can be covered under NORMAL leave)

20 March 2015 Sir,
I have sent permission letter along with medical certificate and 109 form together for termination of article ship after 2 years period..do they consider my termination or not..? If not what should I do now..? Plz help me...
