01 January 2013 IF ANY ARTICLE WHO HAS NOT COMPLETED ONE YEAR OF ARTICLESHIP CAN TERMINATE HIS REMAINING ARTICLESHIP WITHOUT TAKING CONSENT OF HIS PRINCIPAL.???? IS CONSENT IS NECESSARY WITHIN FIRST YEAR OF ARTICLEHIP.?????

Yes, consent of principal on Form-109 is required.Request for transfer not accompanied by consent of Principal shall not be accepted.

In case of dispute between principal and articled assistant, the matter be settled amicably among the articled assistant and the principal concerned and the Institute shall not interfere in such cases.

Nothing, just give a letter of resignation to your principal for resignation from articleship and tale completion certificate for training period.

05 January 2013 THANKU SIR....I WANT TO KNOW ONE MORE THING....SUPPOSE IF MY SIR REFUSED TO TAKE MY REGISNATION LETTER THEN.?????WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THAT SITUATION.???
