Sir,
I want to know that can i claim my excess working hours as set off Against leave taken during articalship ??
my working
With previous principal
Total 185 Days
leave Taken 75 Days
Balance period with second principal
Total 909 Days
Leave taken 140 Days
Less (60)Days Overtime work
Net leave 80 Days
Now I want to know that can I claim 60 Days set off Against 140 Days leave ??
And in form no 108 can i show 80 Days leaves i.e out of 909 days
Please reply as soon as possible.
