Termination an re regestration of articles

11 July 2016 daer sir
i joined in a firm on 23/feb 2016 and i terminated from that firm on 13/4/2106 for that i served 1month 22 days and i took leavs of 18 days
when should i join in another firm to get my final attempt in nov 2018
whether 1 june or 20th june bocz till now i didnt joined in any other firm

11 July 2016 from the 20 June 2016 to Nov 2018 is about 2 years 4 months 10 days
i served under previous auditor 1mnth 22 days with leaves of 18 days
total 2 years 6 months it comes then also my final attempt will delay

total=2 years 4 months 10 days +1 month 22 days ( IF THE ICAI NOT SUBTRACT THE LEAVES OF 18 DAYS FROM PERIOD SERVED UNDER PREVIOUS AUDITOR THE REMAINING 18 DAYS LEAVES WILL SERVED AFTER)
=2 years 6 months
is my calculation is correct

11 July 2016 my dear, in a short period of 1 month and 22 days, you took 18 days LEAVE.....
If you dont mind, can you please tell me your WISHFUL thinking that in 2 years 4 months and 10 days, how many leaves you are expecting yourself to AVAIL?

11 July 2016 i took 18 days leaves for i met with accident because of that i took that much of leaves in there is any problem with that leaves
are 18 days leaves are not allowed for 1month 22 days

12 July 2016 in remaining period of 2 years 4 months 10 days i won't take any leave because i want to registered under my brothers friend because of that i wont take any leave
he will take care of that leaves

12 July 2016 if i take excess leaves subject to 180 days such excess leaves should serve after giving my final attempt or before giving my fianl attempt

12 July 2016 please try to understand the CONCEPT.
Take a case....a person joins articleship on 14/05/2016. His tenure is 3 years. So the articleship is 14/05/2016 to 13/05/2019....ok?
Now keep the concept of LEAVE out of above.....ok? It is so simple. Now read the regulation for FINAL attempt and you will be able to conclude.
The wording is 2 and half years articleship should be completed...right?
Articleship period is always counted as INCLUSIVE of leaves
