Telephone Reimbursement

Can any one please tell me under what section the telephone reimbursement (part of salary) will come and what the IT Act say about that?

it will be part of expenses reimbursement as perquisit u/s 17(2). Income tax provisions says he we have bills from employee then the amount spend on bills will be a part of reimbursement & balance all is taxable in the hands of employees as perquisits.
Please note that only expenses on mobile/telephone lines are allowed which are in the name of employee.
