23 April 2016 Q1 : In my 26AS, it has shown TDS but that not at all belong to me and due to my AO started issuing notice to me??? what to do?? Q2 : What to do if my 26AS does not show TDS which has been deducted ???

23 April 2016 in both case you have to ask the concerned tax deductor to revise his TDS return. With reference to Q no 1 if you are sure that TDS shown in 26AS does not belong to you, you have to convince the AO regarding this.

23 April 2016 Reply to the notice as TDS not related to you. If your TDS not reflected check up with your deductor.
