Dear Sir/ Madam,
We have to pay the charges against Warehouse exp.(including storage Loading & Unloading Etc) to our agent in Rotterdamn in Euro. Kindly advice it is liable to pay TDS us/ 195 ?if Yes, How much percentage to be deducted? is any way to avoid TDS expenses.

If the payment is for payment of expenses on your behalf then no TDS. The CA who will issue the certificate in Form No. 15CB shall give the reasoning for non deduction of TDS

But our C.A. says that we have to pay 20%TDS .So please advice how we can avoid this TDS? & can you please give some reference section for Non deduction of TDS on expenses.where we can refer it to our C.A.
