PLEASE CLARIFY TDS U/S 194C ON CONTRACTOR & SUB CONTRACTOR ABOUT LIMIT OF RS.30000/- & RS.75000/-?

Threshhold limit are as follows:- 1- total single payment under contract likely to exceeds Rs. 30000/-- 2- total aggregate amount during the financial year likely to exceeds Rs. 75000/-

Further in addition to the reply of Sanat Ji, limit and rates u/s 194C are same for both contractor and sub-contractor.
