i want to call my tds thru ecs in my account i want to know it's procedure and in how many city it has applicable and how much take time into it.

There is nothing Called TDS refund. It is income tax refund after you file your IT return for relevant AY.
If you want it directly credited in your account you will have to mention your Bank A/c no and MICR code at the time of filing of your Income Tax return.
