HOW TO UPLOAD TDS RETURNS TO NSDL. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE KINDLY TELL ME. WE HAVE TAXMAN CD. WHAT IS FORM 26AS KINDLY EXPLAIN.

Form 26AS is Tax Credit Statement. It shows how much tax has been deposited/credited in account of a PAN.
To file TDS return you need to prepare the return and submit the fvu in a CD or Pen drive. For Info regarding due dates and form etc, see article from below link--
