Please advise, how can I revised my TDS return of F.Y. 08-09 26Q3. conso file is not available on Traces.

For that you have to go to income tax department (TDS) that officer will provide you data , but generally they are replying like they also dont have such data.
So just try, its their responsibility to give , but in there system also its not available.
