Dear Expert,
Do we need to file Quarterly TDS return for a particular quarter if we have not deducted any TDS in that quarter?
Suppose we deduct TDS for all the transaction in a year in Q4 only, then are we required to file TDS for only Q4 or for all the quarters?
Please solve the query.

No tds return if no entry in that particular quarter.

Dear Expert, suppose we have deducted tds in q3 and q4, should we file 26q for both quarters or we can file 26q in q4 together only.

In this case TDS will need to file for Q3 and Q4.
one more thing , for which quarter you have not file the return, you should file a declaration for NIL or NO TDS.

We Made certain payments to a party in q2 and q3. But we did not deduct their tds. We have now deducted it in q4 and are paying to govt now. So in this case, are we required to file return for q2 and q3
