29 September 2010 Whether A new incorporated company which have not started its business not having any employee and having PAN is required to file TDS return? Please quote relevant provisions.

29 September 2010 A company which doesnt have a TAN need not file TDS return.If TAN is obtained, it is advised to file a nil return.
