In case an AOP(RWA) has not taken TAN no & even has not deducted TDS from any payment that it make on which it should have done,what will be the consequences,(leaving apart penalty under TDS provisions) as it is a non profit organisation & all payments are being made by its against utilization of funds and not as an expenditure.

If TDS is not deducted the expenses will be disallowed.(Apart from penalty under TDS provisions).
