12 May 2010 Can you give the details of TDS REturn ,when we have to submit the TDS REturn wheather we have to file the Annual tds return & Quarterly TDS REturn Which form for submiton of return we can use where we have file the tds return which software we can utilse above informaton require for both Salary & others.

12 May 2010 TDS Return is quarterly need to file For Salary Form 24 & Non salary Form-26

April- June = Due date 15th July
July- Sep = Due date 15 th Oct
Oct- Dec = Due date 15th Jan
Jan-Mar = Due date 15th Jun

Annual tds retrun not required

FOrm 24 Q - Salary
Form 26 Q - Payment to Resident other than Salary
Form 27 EQ - TCS
Form 27 Q - Payment to Non-Resident Other than salary

Due date for -----
First Quarter for 24Q/26Q/27Q/27EQ is 15th July
Second Quarter for 24Q/26Q/27Q/27EQ is 15th Oct
Third Quarter for 24Q/26Q/27Q/27EQ is 15th Jan
Forth & Last Quarter for 27 Q is 14th April
Forth & Last Quarter for 27EQ is 30th April
Forth & Last Quarter for 24Q & 26Q is 15th June.
There are many software in market for e-tds return. like Taxman/webtel etc.
