06 January 2016 As one of our clients had given decleration for Non-Filling and than it was changed to filling.... but actually status is Non-filling... now question can we change status for 2nd time to non-Filling? If not, what are the consequences of the same?

07 January 2016 If there is no TDS transaction then don't worry there will not be any consequences. But once you submit online declaration for non filing the the status should not change. Try to submit the declaration for non filing of statement again.
