i need to file TDS return. my query is regarding the amount paid or credited.I made a provision of Rent of Rs.100000. Service tax Rs. 12360. i deducted 10000 as tds. now what amount to be shown in amount paid or credited while preparing return is is RS.112360 or Rs.100000

you need to show Rs 100000 as the amount paid...
