I have lost my TDS return filled for FY-13-14 and 12-13 can i get it from NSDL Website.

One more question,
I have received an invoice for 34200+12.36 % service tax ie 4227 now the total amount is Rs 38427, the vendor calculated more vat @ 5% on 38427, i think they have done a mistake
as it leads to TAX on TAX.
the purchase is for Antivirus and renewal of Antivirus.
please do help
