(Querist)
27 July 2013 Dear Expert,

I m working a trust, in fy 12-13, our accountant has been deducted TDS and deposited to bank but he forgot file TDS return and then he quit the orgnization

what i should do?. details is as follow:

1TDS deducted on 11/09/2012 amt =3711/- 194C

2.TDS deducted on 26/2/2013

Pls help me!

Penalty for late filing is Rs 200/- per day,
