Tds refund from minor 26 as

Dear sir madamMy son have fix diposit in bank and I submitted his pan card number in the bank. In last year fy 2014/2015 bank has dedicated TDS IN his account and diposit tex in his 26AS. in all year I submitted his IT return in my NAME. Now how i can gat refund of that TDS In my return or please give me solution for got refund.

Please follow the course of action as per rule 37BA(2) of the IT Rules,1962.
