Query - Residential Property is sold for Rs.66 L in Oct 2014, ICOA is Rs.36 L and the LTCG is Rs 30 lakh. TDS amount Rs.66000/- and Proceed of CG is invested in Constructing Residential Property fully. In such a case is Refund of TDS Amount of Rs. 66000/- is Correct and How does one claim a refund ?
