in case of online filling cpc banglore how much amt cheque of tds refund can be prepared directly and transfer in ssess's account. in case of tds refund. thru ecs cpc will send for tds refund to our ito for processing or not

17 February 2011 CPC B'lore will process the online return and in case of refund they will give intimation to SBI Bombay to issue refund either in paper mode or under ECS as requested by the assessee in his/her/their return of income.

18 February 2011 Can't say the minimum period precisely,but the maximum cannot exceed one year from the end of the financial year in which the return is filed as a corollary to proviso to section 143(1) of the Income tax Act,1961.
