i have applied for tds refund during the last year but at present itd is sending refund cheque on assess address but some person has told me that itd will send the refund cheque on which address is mention at the time of pan card preparation but my pan card has been made in 2001 and that time i was live in dewas but last three years i have been living in indore and i have mentioned my indore address in return file so pls tell me that itd will send refund on which address.

27 December 2010 Refund will be send on the address mentioned by you in your IT return. But you are also advised to file correction form for necessary correction in PAN data to change your PAN address.
