in the tds refund return submit is tds certificate submitted neceesary

Currently it is not compulsory to file TDS certificate along with return of income.
However if you receive an intimation u/s 143(1) where TDS credit as claimed in the return is not given or any letter requesting you to submit TDS certificate then you have to submit the certifiates
