I have paid excess TDS for F.Y.2007-08 in May 31st(for 31st May).
Can I get refund of the same ? If yes , How ?

TDS is refundable if ,you have filled IT return with form 16A as claim of your TDS refund. but in your case your TDS is for the F.year 2007-2008. now its going to over time to file IT Return. you have to filed IT Return before 31st march'2009.
