hello,
i want to ask if deductor has deducted tds on behalf of deductee and have not paid the same to the government means deductee's form 26AS is'nt showing it what should deductee do to claim the TDS refund .

you need to ask from the party who had deducted your tds.... because until he deposits it .. how can u claim the same
